Basic Shamanic Journey Workshop
Ride the Spirit Wind … "When I practiced drumming and chanting, an unusual merging of mind and feeling took place, drawing me downward to a beginning of something. As I trusted its vertical pull, it took me to the fundamental elements of life" stated Carl Levett. Through the Shamanic journey you will learn what is referred to as soul-flight. Through soul-flight you will enter the three worlds of non-ordinary reality, discover and seek the help of your power animal, spirit guides, the spirits of nature, fairies, elves and more. The purpose of the Shamanic journey is to bring information, healing and power into our world in ways that actually inform, heal and empower. We will travel using the drum, rattle and didgeridoo.

Dream Work
How to remember and learn from your dreams. What are the different types of dreams and what is your personal interpretation of symbols. This is a two part workshop with the first session being discussion and ideas for working with your dreams. The second part consists of an overnight where you will discover your ‘spirit name’ and recall your dream.

An in-depth study of the Shamanic Path whose origins stretch back to the dawn of time. This is a process of re-remembering, of going within. Ancient Shamanic knowledge comes from Northern Europe, Scandinavia, Taoist wisdom of the East, Native American teachings, etc. Spirit is ONE and there is great unity within the diversity of the cultures. This will be and experiential on-going circle or one-on-one mentorship.
We will study Shamanism, journey work with totems, guides, walking between the worlds, divination, medicine wheel teachings, earth magic, symbols, rituals and more. Learn how to journey to restore spiritual power and to explore the hidden universe otherwise known mainly through myth and dreams.
Make a Spirit Rattle
Two part class, day one design rattle, prepare and learn how to care for it while it is drying. 2nd day (Full Moon Circle when ever possible), in ceremony bring your rattle to life and learn of the 'Spirit' within the rattle. Power of The Drum - Personal Drum Making Workshop
We call the
drum the heartbeat of Mother Earth. Each step in making a drum reminds us
of our connection to Mother Earth, all that we see and all that we are. It is
said by native people
that
we speak the same language as Nature and by sharing our way of life we can bring
back a system of respect for the balance of Mother Earth.
We gather in Sacred space to prepare our self for this 'birthing' of your drum and calling forth the Spirit Teacher within each drum.
You will cut your drum form hides selected, make the strips for tying and learn the meaning of the drum through stories handed down from generation to generation.
